It's quite the market right now and many people are preparing their house for sale. Sometimes its suggested to rip out the carpet and put in laminate as it makes the house look more appealing with todays fashion. Often, the carpet just needs a good cleaning.
I look at it like this. As long as something isn't "noticeable" then it is good.
The analogy is from a naval friend who said:
"a woman's perfume should be discovered, not noticed."
So too the carpet. People coming in should look down, see carpet, check that box in their mind, and keep looking around. But if there is even a little spot in the living room, or a grey traffic pattern beside a bed, they will NOTICE that.
So my job is to make your carpet not noticeable.
